Four products on a common foundation.
Each product is designed for the people who use it: council staff, citizens, those who support several municipalities and the systems already in place. They all share data, documents, permissions and artificial intelligence.
How the products fit together
The case file moves forward with rules that can be explained.
Plaza is the day-to-day working environment. Each procedure links forms, steps, documents, signature and dispatches, and each case file keeps the version it was opened with even if the catalogue changes later.
- Case files with their own document requirements, deadlines and calendar
- “When, if, then” automations triggered by events or by the clock, always visible
- Every blocker explains what is missing and who can resolve it
- Population register, tax management and accounting in the same suite
- Searchable timeline of documents, dispatches and deadline changes
Simple for those who apply, and for those who configure it.
A modern e-office with each council’s own domain, branding and languages. Services are published from the same procedure that is processed in Plaza, without duplicating the configuration.
- Guided journey: identification, details, documents and receipt
- Personal area with case files, notifications and personal details
- Content drafted with the help of AI and reviewed by the team
The strength of a network, the autonomy of each municipality.
Red is the multi-organisation space for those who provide support to several councils. It organises municipalities, users and access from a shared view, and makes onboarding and configuration easier with shared resources.
- Guided onboarding of each municipality, in blocks that can be resumed
- Users, roles and organisation with permissions per organisation
- AI governance: which agents exist, what they can do and who authorises it
The link between suppliers, with the data in one place.
Hub acts as the link between the solutions from different suppliers that the organisation already has under contract and the services of other administrations. It brings their information together in one place, with its context, and lets users carry on in each application without losing the thread.
- One record for each person or business with data from several systems
- Population register, taxes, registry, accounting, revenue collection or grants
- Existing investment is put to use; the organisation chooses how to evolve
AI proposes. People decide. The system keeps a record.
Artificial intelligence has been part of CIVIA since its design, integrated into case files, the population register, taxes and documents. Specialised agents look up information, prepare drafts and proposals and work towards scheduled goals, with real governance and without depending on a single model provider.
- Limits, tools and authorisations defined for each agent
- Vendor-agnostic: the model can be chosen and changed
- Sensitive actions require confirmation; decisions and signatures are human
- Every step is logged
Making the most of what the administration has already built.
| Service or platform | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Cl@ve | Identification of citizens to start procedures |
| SIR / SICRES | Exchange of registry entries and documents between administrations |
| FACe | Receipt of invoices and their link to financial case processing |
| Notific@ · DEHú | Sending notifications and tracking their outcome |
| Signature platforms | Signing documents within the step that requires it |
| Regional governments and provincial councils | Regional and provincial services alongside the contracted applications |
These names describe the ecosystem with which CIVIA integrates or aims to integrate. The availability of each connector depends on its stage of development and on each organisation’s configuration.
